**Role Overview**:
As a Roofing Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our operations by accurately assessing project requirements, providing detailed cost estimates, and collaborating with our clients and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced estimator looking to contribute to a dynamic and growing company in the roofing industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough assessments of project sites to understand roofing requirements and potential challenges.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, considering materials, labor, equipment, and overhead costs.
- Collaborate closely with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams to clarify project specifications and address any inquiries or concerns.
- Utilize estimating software and tools to streamline the estimation process and ensure accuracy.
- Analyze project risks and opportunities to optimize cost-effectiveness and profitability.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance estimating techniques and methodologies.
- Maintain detailed records of estimates, contracts, and project documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Roofing Estimator or similar role in the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and installation processes.
- Strong mathematical skills and proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Xactimate, PlanSwift).
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with the capacity to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction estimation or related fields (preferred).
