Our client, a well-established independent Estate agent is looking for a Deposit Negotiator to join their expanding team in Gloucester.

This is a great way to get into Estate Agency.

**Working hours of a Deposit Negotiator**:

- Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

**In return, our clients are offering the successful Deposit Negotiator**:

- £20,500 basic with an increase after 6 months
- 5-day working week

**Ideally, to be considered for the Deposit Negotiator role, you must have the following**:

- A keen interest in the Property Industry
- To work to strict time frames
- To work in line with deposit guidelines
- Keep detailed notes on all communications between all parties
- Dedicated to providing excellent customer service
- Compile and file all necessary information to the deposit resolution service if required

**Key tasks of a Deposit Negotiator will include, but will not be limited to**:

- Check inventories and check out reports
- Negotiation for the release of deposits
- Liaise with all relevant parties
- Organise quotes and work
- Use provided software to keep detailed records & notes
- Abide with and be aware of property laws and deposit guidelines
- Help out with other areas of the maintenance department as and when requested
