**Colchester: £35,000 - £38,000 + £3600 performance bonus (£900 every three months).**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conducting face-to-face assessments with individuals with disabilities.
- Writing detailed reports based on assessments.
- Making informed decisions about eligibility for government benefits.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Communicating effectively with team members and clients.

**Requirements**:

- 1-year post-registration experience as a Nurse, Doctor, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Paramedic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license and access to a car for work purposes.
