Lettings Supervisor

The purpose of this role is to provide day to day management of the letting team, ensuring smooth operational delivery.

It has the following main responsibilities;
- Be the lead for lettings performance, ensuring the service continuously improves in response to external factors.
- Ensure our properties are let to minimise revenue loss and increase value for money, whilst striving for improved customer experience.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the lettings team, ensuring procedural compliance and delivery of high standards of customer service.
- Lead and promote group organisational culture by proactively creating, building, and sustaining open and collaborative relationships internally and externally.

**What we need**

For this role you’ll need to have the following skills and experience;
- GCSE of ‘O’ Level standard or equivalent with Grade C or above in English and Maths.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a customer facing service within social housing.
- Experience of working with vulnerable people and knowledge of various support needs and agencies involved.
- Ability to manage individual performance positively in a highly pressurised environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
