**The role**:

- Apex Group has created a regionalised operational organisation structure, divided into sub-product segments, that enables Apex to sustain service delivery levels of the highest standards and maximize productivity and efficiencies.- The role will involve leading the operations teams in Company Secretarial services across the UK region. In this position you will report into Regional Head of Operations, Corporate Solutions and will also work closely with the Global Head of operations Corporate Solutions and other key stakeholders in connection with the performance of duties.- You will have extensive experience in the administration of Company Secretarial Services. You will have a proven track record of demonstrating your knowledge of the Company Secretarial services offering and should have demonstrated the successful leading of teams. Proven record delivering an exceptional service to clients and a strong technical understanding would be highly beneficial for this position.**Tasks and Responsibilities***:

- Oversee and lead the operations teams in Company Secretarial Services (front to back client delivery).
- Translate the prevailing Apex operational strategy into an operational plan for the delivery of services across your business line and provide ongoing guidance to team heads and colleagues to ensure consistency in the day to day running of the business.
- Ensure effective implementation of the operating model with ownership for both onshore and offshore components, work closely with other regional functional leads across operations and wider CRM and Product teams.
- Be a leading participant in the continuous development of our operating processes and procedures. Ensure best practice is adopted and efficiencies are achieved by implementing and embedding the operational frameworks set by the Group from time to time.
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure the business complies with applicable laws and the regulatory environment, service standards, company policies and procedures and agreed operational and control processes.
- Be an escalation point for technical queries from all stakeholders in your Business.
- Develop and foster client relationships and ensure we exceed their expectations and are their provider of choice.
- Encourage team collaboration across multiple jurisdictions globally including global operations centres and ensure that client deliverables are being met.
- Monitor chargeability, recoverability, billing and WIP management and ensure that Apex Group policy minimum requirements are met. Ensure there is a continuous drive to improve our efficiency.
- Ensure business KPI’s are consistently meeting the specified targets for each team in your business (accuracy, timeliness, and service delivery)
- Manage team capacity planning and demonstrate full awareness of incoming pipeline, including ownership of hire requests.
- Manage and develop team members with a focus on development, motivation, and succession planning/talent management of both direct reports and other team members
- Ensure team members have personal development plans, a clear understanding of their and role and responsibilities, goals and objectives and formal performance evaluations. Manage the employee performance and salary review process.
- Partner with the relevant Country Head, HR lead and senior Operations leadership team to implement effective strategies for employee engagement and retention.
- Ensure stakeholder awareness, engagement, and support through effective and timely communication.
- Actively support Apex Group strategy, plans, and values, contributing to the achievement of a high-performance culture.
- Develop, maintain and role model a culture that is open to change and innovation, and supports continuous improvement, collaboration, respect, and accountability.
