**About the role**:
We are looking for a QC Team Lead to join our QC & Returns Team to assess all incoming deliveries against predetermined standards, obtaining decisions from the wider trading teams and taking action as appropriate. As a QC Team Lead you will:

- Complete accurate checks, logs and reports
- Ensure QC Manager and QC inspector are kept fully aware of any product issues and progress
- Record and document any delivery failures and communicate back to relevant teams.
- Prepare Booking Logs on a daily basis highlighting any issues
- Ensure all QC processes are carried out effectively on a daily basis
- Manage the transfer of Gold Seal products to the relevant trading teams

**About You**:

- Good communication skills
- Ability to organise QC Team effectively
- Highly motivated with the ability to motivate others
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to make decisions when and where necessary
- Skilled in Microsoft Office
