- Accounting or Finance degree; and / or
- Similar Accounting qualification (AAT etc) and/ or
- Self-study Accountancy and a desire to build upon this knowledge;
- Excel proficient.

**Full Job Description**

This is a great opportunity to join an established and experienced professional team where you will be provided with all training required to undertake the following key functions:

- Reviewing and understanding management account information for preparation of advisory reports, including but not limited to IBRs, Pre-Lend Reviews, Options Reviews, Information Memorandums;
- Assisting with the preparation of statutory paperwork and any documentation required for banks and other financial institutions, solicitors and/or agents;
- Drafting both routine and non-routine correspondence on request;
- Receiving and making telephone calls as required to develop external relationships;
- Maintaining diaries, case set-up and stakeholder records;
- Providing regular progress reports to the manager.

Skills and experience required for the role include:

- Good communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Time management;
- A clear, concise ability to write in plain English;
- Attention to detail and ability to self-review work;
- Good IT skills in Word, Excel and Outlook, fully proficient in Excel;
- At least 2 A levels (or equivalent) and GCSE passes in Maths and English of Grade 5 (B equivalent) or above.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
