Waiting Staff - **London**

**Salary**: £30,000 - £32,000 inc tronc

An established and popular restaurant located in London is looking for an experienced and hard-working individual to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Waitress/Waiter that is looking to develop their skills within a professional and fast paced environment.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Greeting and serving customers
- Providing detailed information on menus
- Leading a section of the restaurant to ensure all guests have an outstanding experience.
- Multi-tasking various front-of-the-house duties
- Collecting the bill
- Communicate dining or order details to kitchen personnel.
- Serve food and beverages to patrons.
- Clean tables or counters after guests have finished dining.
- Stock service areas with supplies such as coffee, food, tableware, and linens.
- Assist with any questions waiters have during shift.
- Stock serving stations or dining areas with food or supplies, ensure that manager is aware of any short stock
- Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters, take them to the kitchen for cleaning.
- Perform cleaning duties, such as sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming carpet, tidying up server station, taking out trash, or checking and cleaning the bathroom, and ensure that
- Provide customers with general information or assistance.
- Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimise costs.

**Communication and Reporting**

The role will involve reporting to the Senior Bartender and Bar Manager.

**About you**
- Previous experience as Waiting Staff is essential.
- Must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
- Be able to maintain favourable working relationships.
- Be able to complete job responsibilities and performance objectives in a timely and effective manner.
- Have effective and clear communication
- Have Self-awareness and motivation

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
