Whether it be a beautiful bathroom, utility room or kitchen, we have a wonderful team that are dedicated to looking after our clients projects.

We recently took the decision to proceed with the expansion of our showroom, to create a unique and beautiful space to help our clients to visualise the potential of their kitchen. Our dedicated one to one kitchen service kicks starts the client’s journey and we offer to take care of everything from design and supply, through to delivery and installation.

This exciting expansion will further increase all of our product offerings into Scotland, making The Beauty of Marble one of the best showrooms in Scotland.

**THE ROLE**

The Beauty of Marble Limited is excited to be expanding their team to include a Trainee Kitchen Sales Designer. We are looking for someone with confidence, motivation, excellent organisational and self management skills, who can work effectively with clients and colleagues in a professional manner. We take pride in our friendly, relaxed but highly productive working environment. This new role is a fantastic opportunity to develop and learn new skills.

**TRAINING**:

- You will be trained and guided by our experienced and friendly Head of Sales to learn and understand all aspects of kitchen design
- You will visit clients homes and building sites, and learn how to measure and evaluate the needs of the client
- Learn to capture and understand client requirements
- Master the very latest 3D computer aided design software
- Listen to clients and guide them through the design process
- Develop a strong working knowledge of our full range of stone and kitchens

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Correctly process your design while ensuring that clients are timelessly communicated with prices, estimates and deliveries
- Understand and explain key documents to clients
- Develop long term relationships with clients - trade and retail
- Maintain a client database
- Accurately and precisely collate details of clients and their requirements
- Go above and beyond our clients expectations and make every interaction a positive and personable one
- Communicate effectively within a team
- The role includes working on a Saturday alongside the Head of Sales with a day off in the week
- Adhere to compliance and health and safety processes as directed by management
- Along with various office administration tasks and adhoc duties

**YOU WILL**:

- Have a passion for delivering an exception client experience with an enthusiasm to assist with the end-to-end client journey
- Show willingness and a natural ability to want to learn
- Have confident client service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively
- Be self-motivated
- High organisational abilities. This is essential due to the nature of the role
- Have an eye for detail
- Ability to achieve and willingness to succeed
- A desire for continuous personal and professional development
- Be confident working as part of a team and on your own
- Strong creative flair and a creative mind with an ability to visualise your designs
- PC, English and Maths literate
- Hold a UK drivers licence

**EXPERIENCE (Not Essential)**:

- Kitchen design experience
- Retail and sales experience
- Previous Computer Aided Design (CAD)

**Salary**: £20,360.00-£21,574.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

**Experience**:
