The firm deals with legal services focused on the individual with a belief in being both accessible and personable in their approach.They are certainly a breath of fresh air and have grown the business steadily and established a loyal following as a result.
**The Role**
**Suitability**
Ideally you will be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer, with a minimum of 2/3yrs PQE, essentially you must have the competence of a fee earner who can work unsupervised and manage your own caseload. The firm is looking for committedand engaging individual who would enjoy being part of a smaller, friendlier (dare I say much happier) and more entrepreneurial firm. The role would suit someone who is keen to play an active role in contributing to the continued growth of the firm's reputationand commercial success and managing existing relationships local agents and referrers, with the directors at the firm already doing an excellent job in bringing in new clients and repeat customers.
