**Graduate Recruitment Consultant** **(IT, Digital & Creative)**

**4 days working a week, 3 days weekend**

**No previous recruitment experience is required.**

**Location**:Poole - Hybrid

We are a technology-focused recruitment agency founded in 2021. We cover the full spectrum of IT Technology and Digital Creative - i.e., including Marketing. Our expertise in Software Development, Data, Projects & Change, and DevOps & Infrastructure for both contract and permanent markets.

As the growth of the team at Connect-IT Recruitment continues at a pace, the IT & Technology division continues to break new ground, and we are eager to find great people to be a part of that journey.

**You will have the following attributes**:

- 1-3 years' experience in sales, Account management or target driven environment
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a growth-focused mindset
- Driven by results and exceeding targets
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Good attention to detail

- **Additional Bonus**: Up to £2k in additional Bonus in December.
