- Our CSA team are the first point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for being first point of call for all queries and new orders. You will be required to work within a fast-paced environment, handling customer enquiries via inbound and outbound calls.
- Teamwork makes the dream work, so we ask you to be flexible and offer support in all areas of the business depending on what is required. You will be a self-organised individual who can manage their own workload.
- You will have a passion for customer service and for going the extra mile, we cater to our customers during their special occasions so it’s very important you can empathise and manage customers expectations in a professional manner.

**Must have**:

- Experience working in busy fast paced call centre environment
- Able to deal tactfully with a wide variety of people
- Customer focused and an understanding nature
- A positive can do attitude and flexible approach
- Dedication to completing a high standard of work
- Willing to undertake a typing and spelling test
- Hardworking and reliable
- Answering and responding to incoming sales calls, qualifying the leads and placing the order when applicable
- Raising customer quotes and processing orders
- Processing leads and submitting deal registrations
- Provide customers with ETA's on their orders
- Generating daily reports for the sales management team
- After Sales - Assisting customers with replacement orders, exchanges etc
- Keeping up-to-date and building a sound understanding of all products/services the company has to offer

**Required Skills**:

- Great communication skills both on the telephone and in person
- Previous Account Management/ Internal Sales / Sales Admin / Customer Service or Customer Service Admin experience
- Solid knowledge and understanding of customer services
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to keep calm in a pressurised environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills at all levels
- Keen eye for detail
- **Proficient IT skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly**:

- Ability to quickly learn and retain knowledge with regards to processes
- Professional, friendly and enthusiastic attitude with a desire to provide great customer service
- Strong work ethic, hardworking, structured and organized with and a keen eye for detail
- Always demonstrate a professional manner when dealing with customers and internal staff

**Salary**: £15,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
