Robertson Bell are thrilled to be working with this not-for-profit organisation, based in London, focusing on enhancing communities, as they recruit for an Assistant Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis. This role offers the chance to join a smallfinance-team, where you will be responsible for the management accounting processes and provide crucial business partnering to key stakeholders.

**The main responsibilities of the Assistant Finance Business Partner are**:

- Leading on month end management accounts and providing commentaries and variances to assist in making sound business decisions.
- Acting as Finance Business Partner to provide financial and strategic advice to the organisation.
- Playing a critical role in process improvements to ensure efficient and effective financial controls.
- Assisting the Finance Manager in overseeing the transactional team.

- Be a Part-Qualified finance professional
- Have solid management accounting and business partnering experience
