HR Advisor

We have an exciting temporary opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join our forward thinking and dynamic team within Central Brighton and Hove, just a 5 minute walk to the beach. We are a large and diverse team that holds holistic views of healthcare which integrates mainstream medicine with complementary approaches. We have recently started introducing wellbeing sessions for the staff to improve life stresses.

We have a diverse practice population of 25,000 patients having recently merged with Benfield Valley Healthcare Hub, a smaller local practice.

The practice is committed to ‘opening doors’ for those who have previously found difficulty in accessing primary care services with a special focus on disadvantaged populations. We run specialist hormone clinics covering all aspects of women’s and trans health, working closely with local groups. We also provide outreach clinics for refugees.

You will be part of large and multidisciplinary practice team, covering our wonderful HR Manager while she is on maternity leave. Your work will be firmly grounded in direct compassionate care provision for employees in alignment with practice policies. Our core value is kindness and equity; your day-to-day duties will be centred around these values. Your job will oversee each aspect of the employee life cycle, supported by our HR Administrator.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 7 months
Part-time hours: 22.5 per week

**Salary**: £17.00 per hour
