**Overview**:
**Duties**:

- Manage a portfolio of 100+ rental properties in line with ARLA guidelines
- Ensure maintenance issues are logged and processed
- Process inspection reports and any actions arising from these
- Monitor and action compliance checks ie gas safety and electrical checks
- Processing inventory and check out reports
- Listing new properties for rent
- Logging all aspects of day to day tenancy processes on Street database
- Lodging bonds and producing bond claim reports to the appropriate bond scheme
- Following up on rent demands and liaising with challenging/difficult tenancies, drawing up payment plans and advising landlords on how to progress, etc.
- Processing Section 13 and Section 21 documents
- Attendance at court where required

The ability to relate to a wide range of people including vulnerable tenants

Dealing with difficult clients

Experience of completing risk assessments and health and safety

IT Skills

Pay: From £22,308.00 per year
