Key Duties:

- Development of stock requirements, reviewed monthly
- Forecasting supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock (OOS)
- Monitoring & checking stock and troubleshooting through short stocked periods
- Placing orders to replenish stock levels as needed
- Schedule and organise transfers and deliveries
- Track shipment progress of inbound stock and warehouse stock and address any delays
- Analyse stock trends to identify patterns to assist in forward planning and trends in slow moving stock
- Liaise with the Warehouse to evaluate storage of stock.
- Co-ordinate and carry out regular inventory audits
- Review of stock outages and reporting issues
- Picking shortages

Previous Experience & Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Stock Controller or similar role
- Good understanding of supply chain procedures
