Job title: Service & Governance Support Associate

What you’ll be doing:

- Ensuring SAP ERP System changes into production environments across multiple release tracks
- Participate in service improvement initiatives across the Product Fulfilment tower, working collaboratively with our service providers to improve end user experience
- Contribute to problem solving and delivering solutions of major incidents with cross functional teams
- Configuration management of ERP system releases and developments
- Creating and maintenance of ServiceNow Dashboards that provide essential information to the team
- Ensuring Governance is applied to process, regular auditing of process, identifying opportunities for improvement and training end users

Your skills and experiences:

- ITIL Knowledge
- ServiceNow or other similar IT Service Management Toolkit knowledge and experience
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- A background of Service Delivery and/or Project Management Office of an IT Service
- Stakeholder management and ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels including internal customers and external suppliers

The Product Fulfilment Team:
As an IM&T Associate (Service & Governance Support), You will play a key role as part of the Product Fulfilment Team that look after ERP and operations fulfilment. This role is part of the service and governance side of the team.
