My client based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent are looking for an 2nd Line Support Analyst but would consider an experienced 1st liner ready to step into a 1st and 2nd line role.

In return my client offers a salary of £29k-£32k + Training + Progression + Project Work + Good Benefits

**Please note this role is 100% office based, Monday to Friday 9.00 to 17.00 and offers no WFH.**

**You must have**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Microsoft Office 365 and Windows products.
- Active Directory.
- Good troubleshooting skills.
- Strong time management skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- To provide 1st and 2nd line technical support queries professionally and efficiently, maintaining a high degree of customer service.
- Assists in the investigation and resolution of issues and determines when they should be escalated to a higher level.
- Assists with the development of support standards and contributes to creation of support documentation.
- Provide technical advice to prospective customers.
- Provide induction training for new starters and basic user training on business systems.
- Assists with the provision and configuration of mobile phones, smartphones & tablets.
- Assists with Active directory account management (starters/leavers).
- Assists with SharePoint Management and Administration.
- PC Builds / configuration.
- Install or remove system components using supplied installation instructions and tools.
- IT Project work (Office 365, Intune, Azure ad, Automation).
