Working as an Education Specialist for Fresh Start in Education could be one of the most rewarding roles that you have experienced. By working one-to-one with a young person without the distractions of being in a classroom or the pressures of hitting unrealistic targets, you can develop a rapport with your students and create a programme designed around their interests which facilitates a positive learning experience and successful outcomes.

**What we're looking for**
- Experience in supporting students with complex SEN who can exhibit challenging behaviours
- Engaging and easily approachable
- Creative and adaptable to change
- Committed to Safeguarding and Child Protection
- Resilience

**Key information**
- You'll be matched to students & you'll work with them for 2 to 5 days per week (3-5 hour placements)
- Placements are 6 to 12 weeks long but could be ongoing
- As students are out of school, you'll be delivering the sessions in their home or relaxed public places
- The young people have various special educational needs and/or social, emotional & mental health needs
