This exciting opportunity as a Lettings Lister/Valuer places you at the forefront of growth. As the Lettings Lister/Valuer, you will be responsible for securing new instructions from potential landlords. In a competitive environment, you will provide expert advice on likely rental income and present comprehensive information about the Lettings services.

**The Role**:
- Obtain new instructions from potential landlords by showcasing the company's unparalleled services and advising on rental income.
- Prepare marketing details for listed properties, adhering to company procedures and ensuring timely completion.
- Conduct property viewings when necessary to secure new tenants for available properties.
- Perform any additional duties required to ensure the department operates efficiently.
- The role is full-time, from Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.30 pm, with alternate Saturdays from 10.00 am to 2.00 pm.
- Minimum 12 months experience in property valuations, preferably within the Property Lettings industry.
- Sound knowledge of the local area to offer accurate guidance to landlords and tenants.
- Confident in engaging with the public both in person and over the phone.
- Proven track record in winning instructions.
- Possession of a Full UK driving license and a vehicle insured for business use is essential due to external appointments.
**The Offer**:
- **Salary**: £26,000 per year
- **On-Target Earnings**: Expect a total potential income of £34,300, including commission and car allowance (£3600).
