CNC Turner

CNC Turner Setter Operator required to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Frome area. This is a great opportunity for an expereinced CNC Turner that is based in the area and has previous experience working with Fanuc controls.

**CNC Turner - Setter / OperatorPosition Overview**
- Set and Operate a range of Lathes (Fanuc controls)
- Read and interpret Engineering drawings
- Participate in problem-solving arising from production scrap, improvement ideas etc.
- Comply with company Health & Safety procedures

**CNC Turner - Setter / OperatorPosition Requirements**
- Good engineering background in a similar environment.
- Good standard of work and ability to do first off inspection using shop measuring equipment.
- Be able to read drawings and maintain tolerances.
- Ability to complete job sheets.
- Adhere to quality assurance procedures and processes.
- Experience in using Fanuc controls, including on machine programming.
- Ability to perform regular simple machine maintenance checks.

**CNC Turner - Setter / OperatorPosition Remuneration**
- Full time - Permanent
- Monday to Friday - 40 hours - 07:30am to 16:30pm (13:30pm finish on Fridays)
- Hourly rate - £13 to £14 (DOE)
- Company pension
