**Organisation position and purpose**

The Compliance Administrator role is pivotal to provide support and smooth running of the Compliance team. This role involves communicating with internal and external stakeholders and ensuring continuous tracking, review, and updating of the compliance processes.

The position will perform key duties and report to the Engineering Quality and Compliance Officer

**Main duties and responsibility**

- Support the EMS team in maintaining databases and company systems including those used for management of; training records; facilities maintenance and contractor information; and quality and compliance/risk documentation.
- Update information management systems for contractor and staff activities on site including logging Permit to Work information, filing and archive of permit documents, contractor inductions and RAMS.
- Provide support and to deputise as required in collation and recording of Safety Performance Indicators (SPIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) metrics and producing appropriate reports as required.
- Maintain data and information recorded in Action Management Tracker to ensure information related to audits and investigations and internal improvement projects are accurate and up to date.
- Assist EMS operations team with any other administrational tasks or assistance with updating and use of company Quality Systems.
- Provide support in the administration of safety information and records such as chemical inventories, safety data sheets and face fit testing records.
- Provide administrational support for purchasing of safety critical equipment, signage, materials, external training and other resources required.
- Take minutes in safety and compliance meetings, including Performance and Review (KPI) meeting.
- Book and arrange meetings with Managers and Supervisors in support of the compliance team actions.

**Specific requirements**

Essential
- Evidence of excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively
- Good knowledge of technology and software skills
- Able to work autonomously and in a team
- Willingness to learn and undertake training to further improve qualification for the future

Desirable
- Previous experience working in highly regulated technical maintenance environment.
- Experience within an engineering/ manufacturing organisation
