With a starting salary of £21,000 - £23,500 working Monday - Friday 09:00am - 17:00pm and excellent benefits this is a fantastic role. You would be rewuired to undertake a DBS.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Administer accurate staffing rotas for support provision and external activities as required.
- Plan needs assessment, support planning and risk assessment, and assist service users and staff to prepare and maintain written plans and assessments that meet the required standards.
- Co-ordinate work required for service users.
- Assist with the establishment and maintenance of internal records and databases/spreadsheets as required and coordinating the participation of staff in the collection and recording of relevant information
- Supervise support staff ensuring that they are fulfilling their roles.

Skills and Attributes:

- Working knowledge of health and safety, risk assessment, safeguarding, person centred support and care planning, staff supervision, equalities and human rights essential.
- Good computer skills with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience of working within a supported living or care environment with adults with learning disabilities desirable.
- Previous administration and co-ordination experience in a busy and demanding environment.
- Developing and maintaining record keeping systems and databases.
