**_Are you a skilled Project Manager who could help lead a diverse and complex organisation through a period of transformational change?_**
St Mungo’s is embarking on an exciting transformation project to review our operating model. The project aims to make improvements that will support our colleagues in continuing to deliver the best possible service to our clients experiencing homelessnessand to support an end to rough sleeping for good.
We are looking for a talented Project Manager who will work alongside the new transformation team and play a vital role in delivering this review to support the long-term sustainability for St Mungo’s.
- In this role you will oversee best practice processes to ensure projects are delivered on time, in budget and with mínimal organisational disruption.
- Starting with Finance, you will lead and manage the successful delivery of projects across the organisation that in turn enables St Mungo’s to deliver operational and system transformation.
- You will lead project teams to ensure delivery of relevant projects, building and developing effective working relationships across the organisation.
**About you**
We are looking for an enthusiastic person interested in taking on an exciting challenge within a new team where you can use your communication skills to build positive and constructive working relationships with a variety of people, including peers and seniorcolleagues across a large organisation. In addition, you will have:
- People management experience and the ability to oversee project teams; you should demonstrate a successful track record of leading and managing large and/or complex projects particularly involving operational and process change.
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills and a solution focused approach; reacting quickly to any given situation, taking into account both short
- and long-term risks and consequences.
- Some experience of working in finance and/or with finance systems and Housing and/or Charity sector experience will help you succeed in this role.
