**Are you an experienced Carpenter who has worked in Social Housing Property Repairs and Maintenance?**

Platform Property Care has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Multi Skill Trades Carpenter based in Herefordshire to join our busy team to help us maintain and improve our homes.

**What could you be doing?**

Working within our talented Responsive Repairs team you will be ensuring our customer’s homes are maintained and repaired to a great standard.

You will thrive on giving great customer service, keeping jobs on track and possess the drive to make sure the work is completed to spec.

The role is varied and no two days are the same It's a tough task and our expectations are high. In return you’ll have the support of a great team

**Some things we need from you**
- You will have served an apprenticeship in Carpentry and obtained an NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry
- You will have experience of delivering multi-trade work with additional trade skills of basic plumbing, patch plastering or tiling
- You’ll have good organisational skills and experience of keeping jobs on track
- And have the personal drive to ensure works are completed quickly, efficiently and delivered right first time
- You will also have a right first time mentality and approach to your workmanship
- Excellent customer service skills

This post requires a basic DBS check and you will need a full UK driving licence. You will also be part of the out of hours’ rota.
