** School can support a Primary NQT through Induction
This role would suit a creative and hardworking KS2 Teacher who can show a confident, positive attitude and inspire pupils to achieve their very best. It is essential for you to possess a good understanding of the national curriculum and how to implement itin your lessons. As a new KS2 Teacher you will arrive with a refreshing, novel attitude to teaching whereby you are willing to think outside the box for new, innovative ideas on how best to educate young minds.
As a KS2 Teacher you will be working with a team of friendly, supportive colleagues and motivated, well behaved children. The successful KS2 Teacher will have high expectations, show commitment to improvement in pupils and hold value in progress, they willalso have a clear vision for raising standards. CPD and teamwork are highly valued so you will work closely with other teachers, share ideas and suggestions in the school to ensure that best practice is shared throughout the learning environment.
