Hoist Operator

We are seeking a hoist operator to start on one of our Cardiff sites. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the hoist machinery to ensure the safe and efficient transport of materials and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate hoist machinery in a safe and efficient manner
- Inspect and maintain hoist machinery to ensure proper functioning and compliance with safety regulations
- Transport materials and personnel to and from work site
- Monitor and communicate with team members during transportation
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding hoist operation and maintenance
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor
- Maintain accurate records of hoist operations and inspections

**Requirements**:

- **CPCS card**:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to work at heights and in all weather conditions
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to hoist operation
