**LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT CONTENT COORDINATOR**

**WHAT YOU WANT TO KNOW**:

- Salary of £25,000 plus bonus and benefits
- Monday to Friday working hours between 8am and 7pm (to be agreed)

**A SNAPSHOT OF THE PROJECT MANAGER’S DAY**:
Joining a passionate Training Academy within the business you will be passionate about making learning fun for all your colleagues. This will include:

- Creating / updating course material (text, graphics, and video)
- Working with the trainers to ensure the LMS content works well alongside the face-to-face training
- Assisting with all L&D systems, processes, templates etc. and becoming an expert in training materials
- Identify any gaps within the current training content and work with the wider team to ensure these are filled
- Making sure new products and services have the relevant training content
- Gather feedback from colleagues to analyse and improve the training content
- Continuously look for improvements and new opportunities for L&D
- And much more

**SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN YOUR APPLICATION**:

- Have previous experience working within a L&D team
- And understanding of LMS systems
- Experience of using tools such as Articulate
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with people of all levels across the business
- The ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing department.
