What Are We Looking For?

Our Business Improvement team is looking for an experienced Analyst to join us on a permanent basis supporting the wider RSE Group to provide innovative solutions to our growth. The role will involve the supporting the development of the RSE business systems,working practices and manufacturing facilities.

The intention of the solutions implemented as part of the role is to maximise efficiency, improve communication and collaboration, enhance safety and wellbeing of staff, improve quality, reduce or remove administrative tasks, reduce waste and our carbonfootprint, standardise working activities, remove data duplication, centralise data management and to increase the visibility of our operating systems to better understand our performance as a business.

The role will also involve working closely with staff members, key stakeholders, our own in-house software development teams and external software and app developers in order to provide fully integrated solutions to the business.

Some of Your Key Duties Include:

- Identify and develop opportunities for implementing intelligent design solutions specific to each business unit within RSE.
- Work closely with in-house software teams and external providers to provide class leading intelligent systems and solutions.
- Review and where required further standardise existing products and introduce these to the processes above to improve product efficiency.
- Work closely with all parts of the business to identify opportunities for improvement of existing systems and processes.
- Help manage the change process to systems that results in any business improvements to be implemented.
- Consistently deliver support and high-quality service to all parts of the business.
- Help capture improvement suggestions and manage Business Improvement procedures.
- Challenge others to develop and implement aligned changes while undertaking role.
- Support and provide guidance to others in relation to process refinement and adoption of new systems and working practices.
- Support the alignment of key business areas and stakeholders with Business Improvement and Digitisation strategies.
- Support discussions/meetings regarding Business Improvement projects.
- Produce content and help to maintain business communication platforms.

What Do You Need?
- Proven experience in project delivery or project management.
- Good working knowledge of review process and implementing change.
- Persuasive, encouraging and motivating skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Knowledge and passion for technology and software.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to be able to interact to a wider audience.
- Well organised and the ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- A Degree/HND/HNC in Engineering or Business/Management equivalent.
- Innovative and creative.
- Experience in Engineering is preferred.
- Knowledge of Lean or experience with its implementation.
