- A person with the skills and a passion to work with Early years, KS1 or KS2 children
- Someone who has experience in working with young children; ideally with an NVQ level 3 but not essential.
- Someone with personality who can engage children in their learning and develop positive relationships.
- Someone who thrives on challenge and making a difference to the lives of children.
- Someone who is committed to team work and collaborative working and living our values every day.
- Someone with good written and verbal communication skills.
- Someone who is able to use their initiative to secure positive outcomes for children.
