**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support to our clients and customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Ensure the smooth running of IT systems
- Set up and install hardware and software
- Work with a variety of software and hardware, including Windows and MacOS
- Provide customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism
- Assist with the maintenance of computer networks
- Log and escalate issues to senior IT staff
Qualifications:

- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A high level of attention to detail
- You must have a drivers licence and a car to be considered for this role.
