An outstanding school is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Receptionist to join their team.
As the first point of contact for parents, students, and visitors, you will play a critical role in creating a welcoming and positive environment. You will be responsible for managing a busy reception area, answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing administrative tasks.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong track record of providing excellent customer service, be highly organized, and able to manage competing priorities. You should also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively as part of a team.

In addition to the above, you should have experience using relevant software and technology, and be able to manage basic administrative tasks such as booking appointments and organizing files.
