We are looking for a Business Support Assistant who shares our love of coffee and has the lively and friendly personality to match our current team whilst maintaining a professional yet approachable manner to always put our clients and customers first Ideallyyou will have experience in Administration within an office environment however those who are looking for a new challenge with strong computer and customer service skills will definitely be considered

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team within a Business Support Assistant position to support our team of consultants in Administration, Payroll, Resourcing and PR & Marketing.

The successful Business Support Assistant will spend an initial training period based at the office in Warwick, with a hybrid model of working introduced after a successful probation period offering 2 days remote working (the office is always open, so thisis your choice).

**The key duties and responsibilities of the Business Support Assistant**:

- Working closely with the whole business providing support within various functions including;- Administration
- Payroll
- Resourcing
- Lead generation
- PR & Marketing
- Management Accountancy
- Provide appropriate business support to enable the wider team to operate as effectively as possible
- Support the Payroll function by preparing payroll and timesheet entry of Temporary Workers and providing assistance to the Payroll Manager when required.
- Using your creativity and flair to produce job specifications and adverts for various job roles and develop content for social media platforms to increase Apex’s reach
- Identifying potential client leads and share your research with the consultants to drive new business
- Keep us in line - Ensure that all members of the team comply fully with all ISO 9001: 2015 requirements

**Working hours**:
Monday - Thursday: 8.30am - 5.30pm & Friday: 8.30am - 3pm
