Our **Maintenance Assistants **help to keep facilities in good operating condition to aid smooth running of the hotels. The role reports directly to the Maintenance Manager and is part of a team based from our attractive hotel in Manchester

**Maintenance Assistant **responsibilities include**:

- Supporting the management of all maintenance requirement across the hotel, including infrastructure, repairs and renovations
- Conducting **planned preventative maintenance** and **systematic testing** of rooms and electrical equipment, including carpentry, plumbing, painting and decorating
- Ensuring the safety and smooth operation of our hotels to guarantee an exceptional guest experience
- Responding to **maintenance emergencies**
