Risk Apprentice

**A typical day**
- ?In this position you will be on a rotation across the Global Risk function. ?You will be working closely with the Compliance team, Assurance & Advisory and Risk Strategy & Operations team to assist us in designing and implementing various projects, sothere will be no such thing as a typical day You might be;
- assisting to draft communications, presentations, reports on risk and compliance topics
- creating and analyzing surveys and much more
- working with large sets of data, analyzing and summarizing the results for various audiences using different means of communications,
- provide the team with thoughts and perspective on how we could improve our process/procedures

**You must have**
- GCSE English & Maths 4-9 (C-A*) or equivalent

- Self
- starter with high working standards and ethics, and ability to maintain discretion if needed
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to disaggregate issues, identify root causes and recommend solutions and attention to detail
- Opened minded individual who isn't afraid to offer their suggestions, opinion or perspective
- Outstanding interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders while working in a global collaborative team environment
