Scheduling Assistant / Administrator

**Nottingham - up to £25, 000**

We are working on behalf of a facilities management company based looking for a Scheduling Assistant.

They are a thriving business, offering opportunities to grow with the company as they scale up over the coming years.

The Scheduling Assistant / Administrator will liaise with my clients’ customers and Engineers to ensure they book pre-planned and reactive servicing work in advance and attend in a timely manner.

You will also be part of a busy facilities and customer service team ensuring that all follow up work is completed.

If you are an experienced individual within customer service and administration this Scheduling Assistant / Administrator role could be the role for you

**Main Duties include**:

- Checking new incoming works to be scheduled, contacting residents and assigning engineers.
- Answer incoming calls and queries from residents and clients.
- Ensuring all engineers have a full calendar for the following day and beyond.
- Liaise with site engineers for ordering materials and assist in any issues or queries.
- Ensuring follow on works are scheduled in a timely manner.
- Filing and processing paperwork received from engineers and subcontractors.
- Raising purchase orders to suppliers and subcontractors.

**Skills And Attributes**:

- Experience in customer service
- Good telephone manner
- Understanding of scheduling processes and systems
- Good understanding of planned maintenance works
- Be able to work under pressure
- IT skills essential (Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word)

Experience in a M&E or maintenance services industry would be great as well.
