The primary role of the Power Administrator / Power Coordinator is to support the Power Division and the business; the role will cover all administrative duties required for cell site connections & disconnections including consultation with Distribution Network Operators (DNO) to assist the team in procuring a power solution for various projects / clients..

**Responsibilities**:

- Instructions to be saved into newly created folders on network server.
- Site power jobs to be created in Navision
- Site files to be created and site details logged onto relevant tracker systems and Imprest
- Making sure works are completed as per any KPI’s set on various contracts.
- Finance - PO records to be updated, PRF’s / PO’s / Cheques / BACs to be raised and sent to the relevant DNO’s. PO Receipting requests, update of various client Finance trackers, Navision data entry
- Contacting individual DNO’s to confirm details and review progress of power schemes.
- Review DNO quotes and analyse costs of smaller schemes, value engineer power solution and report back to client with recommendations.
- Alternatively question DNO on makeup of costs and renegotiate power scheme and costs
- Update and complete client documentation.
- Updating end of month works in Navision with monthly WIP calculations.
- Archiving completed / aborted sites.
- General administrative duties to fulfil tasks relating to the above
- Someone who has experience in processing PO's and dealing with invoices
- Must be IT Literate and competent in MS Excel.
- Experienced in Data Entry.
- Confident liaising with people at all levels including Senior people
- Ideally someone who is from a Construction / Utilities background
- Must have a CAN DO attitude
- Must have excellent organisational skills
- Should be able to operate independently as well as a member of the team
- Happy to work in a fast paced environment
