**Responsibilities**

As Customer Service Advisor you’ll be working within the Housing Maintenance team, supporting the delivery of planned maintenance & repair solutions.

Your day to day will include:

- Providing call handling and/or administrative support to your colleagues on our contracts, subcontractors & operatives.
- The capture, record, and distribution of service calls onto the CAFM system.
- Raising new work orders for contract managers and reactive work for the Kier engineers
- Monitoring the inbox for administrative queries and flagging any system errors to IT

**What are we looking for?**

This role of Customer Service Advisor is great for you if:

- You are IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Concept or similar CAFM system
- Experience in similar industries to housing maintenance, construction or property services with an administration background
