**As Deli Assistant** you would support the Deli Supervisor in the day to day running of our Hot and Cold Food Counters and Food to Go.

Main duties & responsibilities:

- Excellent customer service
- Preparing, cooking and serving hot and cold meals and Food to Go
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and food hygiene

Essential:

- Interest in cooking and food preparation
- Friendly customer service

Desirable:

- Previous experience

**As Deli Supervisor** you would be responsible for in the day to day running of our Hot and Cold Food Counters and Food to Go. Enthusiasm and creativity to build our brand and help maximise Deli sales are key attributes.

Main duties & responsibilities:

- Ensuring excellent customer service and understating that the customer is at the heart of everything we do
- Preparing, cooking and serving hot and cold meals and Food to Go
- Manage and co-ordinate daily promotions
- Implementation of Standard Operating Procedures
- Preparing and submitting orders
- Monitoring of portion control, labelling, pricing and waste reduction

Essential:

- At least 2 years recent experience in a fast food, cafe, deli, food to go or hot counter environment
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- HACCP experience

Desirable:

- Previous experience in a convenience or supermarket retail unit
- Qualification in a related discipline e.g. catering, food hygiene

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £5.28-£10.42 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
