This is an exceptional opportunity to join a well established children's gymnastics business located in Hampton Hill and Teddington. The Little Gym group has 45+ years of experience and operates in 30+ countries globally. Our purpose is to create a warm, fun and safe environment for children aged 4 months to 12 years to develop their confidence through learning gymnastics.

We are looking for an energetic, passionate, enthusiastic, outgoing and mature individual who loves working with children and believes that you can make a difference in child development through teaching gymnastics movement.

The Associate Program Director will lead the training and ensure instructors to deliver consistent high-quality teaching across our programmes. You will upskill the instructors’ teaching techniques and be their coach.

Your priorities are:

- Teach, train and prepare the team for the lesson plan including spotting, progressions, and skill development
- Lead on rostering, teacher training, class delivery, and ensuring our teaching is of the highest possible standard
- Harness your creativity to ensure gym set ups are creative, compelling and enriched learning

This is an exciting role for someone who has 3-5 years experience working with children, engaging with parents and has a strong background in gymnastics, dance, yoga, parkour, acrobatics, cheer or something related to sports / movement.

Furthermore, in the longer term, there are plenty of opportunities to develop you as a Program Director or Gym Director depending on your career aspirations.

Full training will be given and many qualifications funded including pediatric first aid and safeguarding level 2. You will be required to work either on a Saturday or a Sunday but you will have 2 days off in a row.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30-40 per week

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hampton Hill, TW12 1NY: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
