**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Arranging the collection and deliveries of faulty/repaired stock to and from external customers and partners.
- Track Incoming & Outgoing of goods, escalating and resolving concerns via correct methods of communication.
- The control of inventory and workload priorities and escalating discrepancies using the correct methods to do so.
- Communicating with Internal and External customers and partners.
- Generating daily, weekly and Ad hoc reports to support the day-to-day operation.

**Personal Qualities**:

- Ability to work on own initiative with excellent work ethic
- Good levels of awareness and using of PC & Microsoft tools
- Good levels of commutation via mail, phone & conversational skills
- Organized approach to prioritization of work
- Good analytical skills and eye for detail
