Work pattern - Monday to Thursday 08:30-17:00, Friday 08:30-16:30

2 x 22.2 for 6 months,1 x 22.2 fixed term for 12 months (Adults)

The Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) handles safeguarding concerns, assessing risk and sharing information when people report abuse or neglect.

Could you be part of this successful team, working with professionals from social care, the police, health and other agencies to help vulnerable children and adults?

We're looking for committed and collaborative people who want to make a real difference. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity, working in a fast-paced, modern environment with different public agencies where you can develop your skills. Your work will help to stop abuse and keep vulnerable people safe.

You will need to be adaptable, to work well under pressure both individually and as part of a team and to work to tight timescales. You will need excellent communication skills to ask questions sensitively of professionals and members of the public calling in. Experience of working in Social Care and or Customer Services is desirable, as well as strong ICT skills, ideally with experience of using Mosaic.
