TristoneNash are pleased to be working with a Housing Association in South Wales to appoint a People Advisor for a 6-month fixed-term contract.

This is a full-time contract, offering a 4-day working week and hybrid working (2 days per week in the office, 2 days WFH).

**Role and Requirements**:

- Your role will be to provide an efficient and professional Human Resources and Training Service to the organisation, including Democratic Body through providing expert advice and support.
- To succeed in this role, you’ll need a wealth of experience in supporting line managers with ER cases, working on recruitment and supporting staff with complex queries.
- You will need to be minimum CIPD Level 5 qualified for this role.

**Person Specification**:

- You’ll drive the service forward through the delivery of key projects, cultivating an ethos of continual improvement in the way that you approach your work.
- You will be hands on and will need to love taking on difficult challenges and coming up with creative solutions.
- You are someone who enjoys solving problems and thinking on your feet and has a real passion for inclusivity.

**Salary**: £33,094.00 per year
