We are looking for a dynamic person to join our team at LT Baynham Self Drive/West Hereford Service Station to learn the various facets of out business.

How will your days look?

Your role will involve dealing with customers face to face and on the telephone, completing tasks such as opening and closing rental agreements, calculating quotations for short
- and long-term hires, and building rapport with all our customers. You will aspire to go above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. You will be involved with checking and preparing vehicles before and after rentals and assisting other departments within site where required. There will be a requirement to also cover holidays and sickness the petrol station when required. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a job with variety

About you
- Hardworking individual with the ability to work in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to show great attention to detail
- Ideally, you will have worked in the service industry **Excellent customer service and communication skills**:

- Hold a full-valid driving licence for a minimum of 24 months, with no more than 3 points on your DVLA check
- Attention to detail and to be very organised
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Polite and must have good interpersonal skills
- Punctual and professional and be of a trustworthy nature
- Good numeracy skills.
- Computer literate.

This role is 42.5 hours per week contract, working Monday to Friday and Saturday & Sunday mornings on a rota basis

MON-FRI 07.30-16.00 ( EITHER MON OR TUE - NOON FINISH)

SAT 07.30-10.00 (EVERY OTHER)

SUN 07.30 -09.00 ( EVERY OTHER)

**Salary**: £27,500.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hereford, HR4 0DG: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
