- SLR has an exciting opening for an administrator to support its European Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Team on a fixed term contract, to cover a period of maternity leave.
- You will be responsible for a broad range of tasks, supporting a busy team in a fast paced environment, and will be given the opportunity to gain and develop broader recruitment knowledge and capabilities. This is a fantastic role for someone looking for a career in TA and recruitment, where you can play an important part in the success of the Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Team and broader SLR Global 'One Team'.
- Based at either our Bristol or Exeter office, you’ll have the option to work flexibly from home too.
- This role can be offered on part time basis, with a minimum requirement of 22.5 hours (3 days) per week, an initial fixed term duration of 12mths.**The role**
You'll have ongoing support and training from the other members of the Talent Acquisition & Recruitment team to provide support to both. You will additionally interact and communicate with recruiting managers and the wider business.
- You will have a wide variety of responsibilities including:

- Reviewing, amending and formatting job adverts;
- Supporting hiring managers with uploading roles to The Hub, monitoring closing dates and managing renewals;
- Using external platforms (CV Library, LinkedIn etc) and internal communication channels to promote roles and share information;
- Arranging and co-ordinating interviews, via Teams and face to face;
- Coordinating right to work checks for new employees; and
- Supporting a range of team projects and contributing to the ongoing progressive development of the team.

You might currently be working in a similar administration role, either in-house or agency, but as long as you are an experienced and conscientious administrator, who takes pride in doing a great job, we can offer you the support and training to thrive and succeed.
- You should also have:

- A good level of education (minimum GCSE Maths and English 4-9 or equivalent) with any specific business administration qualifications a bonus;
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing, with a high standard of written English;
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple activities and tasks at once, delivering within given timeframes; and
- Excellent interpersonal skills, allowing you to collaborate successfully with the wider People and Talent teams and other SLR colleagues.
