**Betterclean Services Exeter **is hiring a cleaner for a client site at an office in Exeter's Sowton Business Park. Shifts commence after 6pm.

**Hours**: 12 hours per week; 2.25 hours daily Monday to Thursday, and 3 hours on Friday. This is a key-holder job, and the Friday evening shift may be worked over the weekend.

**Signing Bonus**:If you are hired, then successfully complete an initial 1 month probation period and are offered permanent employment with us, you will be paid a £25 "welcome" bonus.

**Your skills and experience**

Experience as a cleaner isn’t essential, as we provide full training. However, you'll need to:

- Be reliable and trustworthy, with good attention to detail

- Genuinely care about delivering to the highest quality for our clients
- Be organised and able to work effectively alone or as part of a team

**Cleaner Responsibilities**

You’ll be expected to:

- Clean all areas to our high standards, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, polishing.
- Work safely with required chemicals, and follow a cleaning routine
- Monitor your equipment and provide accurate monthly stock takes
- Willingly receive regular feedback in a constructive and professional manner
- Supply the contact details of at least one previous employer for a reference
- Be willing to undergo DBS checks, if required
- Provide full right to work documentation

**We're particularly interested in talking to you, if you have worked as a**:

- Housekeeper
- Commercial cleaner or janitor
