Prime Appointments are looking for a Factory Operative on a Temp to Perm basis for a very busy Witham based company.

Full-Time hours and an early finish on a Friday

This role would suit someone from a Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain background who can bring existing skills and experience to the role.

**Factory Operative Duties**:

- Assembly of kits
- Assisting with Machine Operating, Assembly and Packing
- Order Picking and Packing to a pick list
- Use of a scanning system
- Walking around the warehouse to collect orders
- Basic computer use and printing of labels
- Working in dispatch
- Assisting with final wrapping, ready for dispatch
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Looking for a temporary to permanent position
- Available for an immediate start
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Computer Literature
- Able to read a pick list
- Physically fit to meet demands of the role

**Pay and Hours**:

- Monday - Friday
- 07:30 - 16:35 (Mon-Thurs) 07:30 - 13:10 (Fridays)
- £9.18 - £9.50ph - rising to £10ph after 12 weeks
- Temp to perm opportunity
- Early finish on Fridays
