Wade Macdonald is currently recruiting an Assistant Accountant for a rapidly growing business based in Marlow. The role would suit a motivated individual who can work well on their own or as part of a team, with good communication skills, able to communicateeffectively with both internal and external stakeholders and the ability to convey information a non-finance audience.

**About the role**:

- Enter and posting purchase ledger invoices
- Posting of sales invoices in Sage
- Ensuring that unallocated items are investigated
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Completing a weekly payment run
- Carrying out CIS returns and reconciling bank statements
- Answering supplier queries
- Posting journals

**About you**:

- Previous experience or knowledge of the construction industry and CIS (ideally but not necessary)
- Ability to develop and sustain relationships with suppliers
- Confident communicator, taking telephone calls as required
- Good numeracy skills
- Good knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP's and pivot tables)
- Ability to prioritise and organise own workload to ensure that deadlines are adhered to
