This is a great opportunity to join a successful Brighton-based award-winning creative communications agency, specialising in annual reports, as a Middleweight / Senior Graphic Designer.

We are looking for a multidisciplinary middleweight / senior designer with corporate reporting experience and a desire to create and develop ingenious conceptual design solutions that set us apart as a creative agency.

This role will see you working across a range of projects, leading on design direction, creating outputs for print and digital, with a focus on annual reports that translate corporate narrative for our growing client roll.

As a key member of our creative team you will manage and mentor junior members of the team, helping them to learn new skills and set objectives that will drive the design process, while taking responsibility for project planning and resourcing.

You’ll also be our go-to person for all things digital, with an understanding of web technologies, platforms, design systems and the development process.

You will engage with senior stakeholders across a range of industries while collaborating with client and production colleagues and building the strongest relationships with our growing client roll.

This senior role is well suited to a friendly and ambitious design all-rounder with strong conceptual and project experience, great typographical and layout skills, a keen and curious eye for detail, along with a flair for flexibility and the ability to work calmly under pressure. All under the roof of our amazing new office, based water-side at Shoreham Port.

Day-to-day you will:

- Give and take direction and be able to articulate your craft
- Take the lead role on design projects to ensure they are on brand and on brief
- Take client briefs and translate these into impactful design concepts
- Produce creative concepts with your creative freedom
- Keep up-to-date with corporate reporting design trends and best practice
- Present to some of the UK’s top companies
- Collaborate with our client and studio teams throughout the project
- Champion conceptual thinking and creative for the design team
- Use your excellent knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop to contribute ideas and energy
- Be flexible and team focussed with a ‘roll up your sleeves’ attitude to getting the job done

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £33,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
