Are you ready to make your mark in a dynamic and growing company? We are currently seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Sealer. This role involves preparing components for painting by ensuring they are properly cleaned, sealed, and masked to industry standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Clean parts thoroughly before sealing.
- Accurately mix two-pack sealant according to specifications.
- Receive components from the machine shop and seal parts in compliance with industry standards.
- Mask components effectively in preparation for the painting process.
- Embrace and actively contribute to LEAN processes for continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate awareness and understanding of the Company's environmental procedures.

Working Conditions:

- Approximately 37.5 hours per week.
- Ability to work shifts, including 06:00 - 14:00 and 13:55 - 21:55, and may be required to work any recognised shift pattern.
- Flexibility in working hours, including overtime on weekends as needed.
- Fluctuating workshop temperature based on the time of year and ongoing operations in other Production departments
- Understanding of manual handling and ability to maintain a clean and tidy working area to a 5S standard.

Physical Requirements:

- Occasional heavy lifting may be required.
- Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods.

Education and Qualifications:

- Minimum education level of GCSE or equivalent
